Her birth date does not jive with the birth of the children, most of whom would be similar in age to her. I can only think that maybe the second spouse was the mother of these children, or that this birth date is incorrect.

Ann married George Jr. Winter, son of George Winter and Mary Eve. (George Jr. Winter was born in 1731 and died in 1798 in Allegany Co. Maryland.)
